Thank you for your tireless energy at our Field Show on Saturday at DVC!!!
I am truly grateful for all your support in making our show, once again, a success! Every year, so many schools loves to come to our show because we (Boosters) always put on a great hospitality and services to all of them.
We’ve received many compliments on how smooth and organized we (Boosters) ran the show. KUDOS TO ALL OF YOU!!!!
I would like to thank the following boosters who worked so hard and put forth their time and energy all day...
BELINDA/JUVY – Awesome job with the volunteers! You were so amazing with directing and delegating our volunteers to their stations.
KELLY – Thanks for overseeing the venue while I was running around at Union City. And thanks for also taking care of the souvenir tent and everything else
HONG/JULLY – Ticket booth masters! Thanks for making sure all our monies were intact and safe and for burning the midnight oil counting them afterwards.
NILDA/CHRISTIAN – Thanks for making sure the hospitality suite was running smoothly. Sorry for the little bump on the road (blue sheets) but it all worked out in the end.
OPHIE/RICK – The portable stadium lights were perfect! Thank you for taking care of the renting and making sure that they were set up.
TONY/PARKING LOT CREW – Parking lot has always been a huge responsibility! Thanks for accommodating the schools and placing them comfortably everywhere. I appreciate that you’ve planned it out carefully.
TIM – Thanks for driving your ATV everywhere to usher the schools at their “camp”. I can imagine how tiring it was but I am sure it was fun riding with the ATV.
DENNIS/LINDA – Thanks for making sure the kids are always on time and ready. It’s a lot of work getting 267 students to get “going”. I appreciate your efforts!
MEGAN – What can I say…you amaze me! The students looked impeccable as always!
RICK – Monster BOSS!! Thanks for your leadership with these crazy huge props! You are great! Sorry for the “long” walk.
THERESA – Ms. Pit Boss LADY! Thanks for taking care of loading at Logan and unloading. AND always making sure the PIT CREW is always ready!
PETE – Thanks for the FOOD! The kids enjoyed their hotdogs and veggie burgers. YAY for BBQs!
DIANNA – Thanks for taking care of the program ads. It was a crazy week for you but you made it happen!
FRED – Thank you for pulling the mule/trailer all season! And thanks for making sure the mule is running and maintained.
DAVID G. – Thanks for driving the Penske! And thank you for dropping the monsters off the next morning
DAVID D. – Thank you for caring so much (we missed you at DVC)! The shelves in the truck worked great for the monsters!
DAVID B. – Thank you for videotaping our amazing show. I can’t wait to see the final product!
TO ALL VOLUNTEERS/BOOSTERS~~~THANK YOU VERY MUCH! We are a wonderful team and an amazing organization. Thank you for making our 29th Annual Field Show a huge success. We couldn’t have done it without YOU!!!
