Saturday, November 21

8:00 AM Rehearsal at Stadium

10:00 AM Load Equipment Trucks/Buses

11:00 AM Depart for Fresno

Bagged lunches provided on the way.

3:00 PM Arrive at Buchanan

Snack provided by Boosters.

Unload/Dress into Uniform

4:45 PM Warm-Up

6:15 PM Performance

6:30 PM Put equipment away

Change out of uniform

Dinner provided by Boosters

7:30 PM Enter stadium as a group and watch remaining bands in a designated area with chaperones.

Bring winter clothing. (Jackets, gloves, scarves, etc.)

(8:15 PM) (Seniors and Drum Majors dress into uniform for retreat.)

9:00 PM Retreat (Seniors and Captains in Full Uniform)

Remainder of band watches from the back sidelines with Chaperones.

9:45 PM Load Buses for Hotel

10:30 PM Piccadilly Inn University

12:00 AM Lights Out—Rooms must remain quiet once inside. There will be other guests at the hotel.

Sunday, November 22

8:30 AM Breakfast/Check Out

9:30 AM Load Buses for Rehearsal at Clovis High School

10:00 AM Arrive at CHS/Unload/Snack

11:00 AM Rehearsal

2:00 PM Load Truck/Lunch (Truck must be loaded before lunch)

3:00 PM Depart for Buchanan H.S.

The rest of the day’s schedule is dependent on Prelims placement.

Change into uniforms

Warm-up

Performance/Stay in uniform for full retreat

6:45 PM Awards/Full Retreat

Immediately Load Truck

(Truck must be loaded before dinner is served.)

Dinner/Cake following awards ceremony (After truck is loaded.)

Senior Recognition (After truck is loaded.)

9:30 PM Depart for Logan

Monday, November 23

1:30 AM Arrive at Logan

Unload truck

All uniforms and shakos go home to be washed/cleaned.

Please remove all belongings from uniform bags and shako boxes.
