The Symphonic Band and Wind Symphony will be performing at the WBA Concert Band Festival @ Menlo-Atherton Center for the Performing Arts 555 Middlefield Road, Atherton. Symphonic Band: 4:15pm Wind Symphony: 6:30pm 11:44 am Everyone should take 4th Lunch Bring a sack dinner to eat for the later afternoon. Please dress in your concert attire before boarding the bus. 12:25 pm Load Buses Take all your instruments, music, mutes, etc. 12:45 pm Depart for Menlo-Atherton High School 1:15 pm Unload Buses Take all your equipment off the buses. Buses will not be staying. Instruments should be kept with you and put off to the outside aisles near the rows you are seated in. 1:30 pm Rehearsal SYMPHONIC BAND 3:30 pm Warm-Up 4:15 pm Performance 5:00 pm Clinic 5:45 pm Eat Dinner (Bring a sack dinner.) 6:30 pm Wind Symphony (All SB must be seated to watch performance.) 7:15 pm Watch the WS Clinic (Remain seated until the clinic is finished.) WIND SYMPHONY 3:30 pm Oak Grove High School 4:15 pm Symphonic Band 5:00 pm Eat Dinner (Bring a sack dinner.) 5:45 pm Walk to warm-up following. 6:30 pm Performance 7:15 pm Clinic 8:00 pm Both groups load buses for Logan 8:45 pm Arrive at Logan/Unload all instruments *FOOD WILL NOT BE PROVIDED. NO EATING IN THE THEATER IS ALLOWED.* **AT NO TIME SHOULD ANY STUDENT BE WANDERING CAMPUS. STUDENTS MUST BE SEATED IN THE THEATER AT ALL TIMES UNTIL THEIR SCHEDULED PERFORMANCE. PLEASE PUT CELL PHONES AWAY DURING PEFORMANCES. CELL PHONE SCREENS ARE DISTRACTING FOR AUDIENCE MEMBERS AND IT IS POOR CONCERT ETIQUETTE.** |
