2010 Chabot Wind Band Fesival 11:44 am Everyone should take 4th Lunch Please dress in your concert attire before boarding the bus. 12:25 pm Load Buses Take all your instruments, music, mutes, etc. 12:45 pm Depart for Chabot College 1:15 pm Unload Buses Take all your equipment off the buses. Buses will not be staying. Instruments should be kept with you and put off to the outside aisles near the rows you are seated in. Watch bands scheduled to perform. 1:30 pm Homestead H.S. 2:00 pm Henry M. Gunn High School 2:30 pm Moreau Catholic High School SYMPHONIC BAND 3:00 pm Warm-Up 3:30 pm Performance 4:00 pm Clinic 4:30 pm Return to Theater to watch Amador Valley High School (4:45 pm) Load buses following Amador Valley’s Performance WIND SYMPHONY 3:00 pm Foothill High School II 3:30 pm Following Foothill High School’s performance, take all your belongings and walk to warm-up. 3:45 pm Warm-Up 4:15 pm Performance 4:45 pm Clinic 5:15 pm Both groups load buses for Logan 6:00 pm Arrive at Logan/Unload all instruments *FOOD WILL NOT BE PROVIDED. NO EATING IN THE THEATER IS ALLOWED.* **AT NO TIME SHOULD ANY STUDENT BE WANDERING CAMPUS. STUDENTS MUST BE SEATED IN THE THEATER AT ALL TIMES UNTIL THEIR SCHEDULED PERFORMANCE. PLEASE PUT CELL PHONES AWAY DURING PEFORMANCES. CELL PHONE SCREENS ARE DISTRACTING FOR AUDIENCE MEMBERS AND IT IS POOR CONCERT ETIQUETTE.** |
